Abstract Space-time reveivers for the third-generation mobile communication systems is important. For a realistic simulation of such systems, a simple statistical space-time vector channel model is proposed, and the space-time-frequency correlation matrix of space-time channel which characterizes reasonably the space- and time-variant effects of the mobile radio channel is presented , and deriver the correlation between two antenna elements as a function of the power azimuth spectrum.
