Abstract Differed from the traditional resolution method of selecting a service with highest priority, a method is proposed to resolve the Shared Trigger Interaction (STI) by dividing the services into consistent service and conflict service. The consistent services are conducted in turn combining the user’s intention with the system policy. The priority of the conflict service is calculated according to the interaction mechanism among the immune cells in the immune network theory, in which considered both the shared trigger services and the relative services providing user’s information, deduced the user’s intention on the service execution, and dynamically chose the best service with highest priority according to the consistent policy. The example analyses show that the method can resolve the STI effectively and meet the user’s demand.
