Abstract This paper investigates the power control used in 3G. Then, presents a closed-loop distribution power control method based on estimator. Firstly the performance of this method is analyzed in theory, and a set of systematic scheme is given. Secondly a system model is established. Finally simulation results show that the convergence speed of this method is fast. The result is a strong ability of tracing wireless channel. So this method possesses a good perspective.
