Abstract This paper introduces a method to compensate IMU air-borne SAR platform. Because GEOSTAR system error does not increase with time, GEOSTAR system and IMU to cancel IMU system errror which increases with time. It can improve precision of IMU positioning and lighten burden of motion compensation of SAR processor.
