Abstract The theory and its implementation on the adaptive window length in the analysis of time frequency are presented in this paper. This method is used to analysis the in-pulse characteristics of pseudo-code fuse signals such as Pseudo-Code Phase Modulation (PCPM), pseudo-code phase modulation combined by Sinusoid Frequency Modulation (SFM) and pseudo-code phase modulation combined by Linear Frequency Modulation (LFM). The simulation result shows that both the characteristic of carry frequency modulation and phase changed position caused by the pseudo-code can be extracted effectively in SNR=10dB.
