Abstract A NLOS(Non Line Of Sight) high-resolution location algorithm is brought forward based on TOA(Time Of Arrival), AOA(Angle Of Arrival), which can be measured by two base station. The algorithm bases on the single reflect model, the simulation proves the algorithm validity in the NLOS scenarios.
