Abstract According to the multi-protected mechanism of the immune system and the immune principles, such as the antigen recognition, immune study, co-stimulation, clone selection and negative selection, an immunology-based multi-protected detection method of the feature interaction is proposed to detect the known and unknown feature interactions gradually. The simulation and research show that this method can detect all kinds of service interaction with high detection ratio and efficiency, expansibility, adaptability.
