Abstract Multimedia service is the basic service in NGN. QoS multicast routing algorithms technology is one of the key technology of multimedia transfer。The network model of QoS multicast routing based on project-the key technology of the next-generation networks is presented.Some other approaches are optimized in this paper, and an approach based on genetic algorithm is proposed. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm (NGNMR-GA) has fast convergence speed and high reliability, it can meet the requirement of the next-generation works.
