Abstract A new chaotic spread spectrum communication system FFH-FMDCSK is presented, which is based on FMDCSK and fast frequency hopping techniques. FFH-FMDCSK is able to improve the performance of FMDCSK on anti-jam, multiple access, and resistance to multipath fading as well as low interference to other systems. This paper compares the BER performance of FFH-FMDCSK with that of FMDCSK in multi-path channel, and delivers the theoretical analysis and Monte-Carlo simulation results.
