Abstract In this paper, the Bit Error Rate (BER) performance of OFDM based on Co-time Co-frequency Full Duplex (CCFD) is analyzed with amplitude estimation error of self-interference and phase error, in remote multi-path Rayleigh fading channel and Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) self-interference channel. The results show that BER generally decreases while the absolute value of time error and amplitude error decreases for fixed Signal to Interference Ratio (SIR). Phase error 6°×10-6 and amplitude error 3×10-5 leads to 0.8 dB degradation on condition of 2.3 GHz carrier frequency, -70 dB SIR, sub-carrier number 4096, sub-carrier separation 15 kHz, BER 10-2. Phase error 0.5° and amplitude error 1% achieved 40 dB Interference Cancellation Ratio (ICR) under the same conditions.
