Abstract ESA radar can distribute space power and time as required by flexibly controlling the direction and stare time of the beam, which enables the ESA radar to provide the capability of implementing multiple targets Tracking And Searching (TAS). Tow critical techniques to implement TAS method—task scheduling and tracking filtering are discussed in this paper. It can be seen from the simulation results that ESA radar can provides high TAS capability using this algorithm.
