用波动观点在毫米波段测量电介质常数

Abstract This paper gives the calculating and testing method for the parameters of materials of low loss and high dielectric constant in the millimeter-wave-band. The measuring principle. and the testing system are introduced. The measuring results are given. This method is precise, practical and convenient.
