集成运算放大器同相和反相形式的En-In噪声分析和比较

Abstract In this paper, on the basis of analysing and comparing the characteristics of E_n-I_n noise of in-phase and inverting amplifiers,new results are presented. The methods in this paper are highly important for us to design a low-noise circuit consisting of an operational amplifier and to extract the noise parameters of the operational amplifier.
