一种基于人体器官相似性的医学图像编码方案

Abstract A new coding scheme for medical images is presented in this paper on the basis of discussion on the similarity between the radiological images of sequential slices of the same human organs or of the same positions of different human bodies. The experimental results show that the scheme is correct.
