合成孔径雷达实时转置存储的实现

Abstract This paper presents how to implement the corner turn memory which is the important phase in synthetic aperture radar real-time processor by using SDRAM as the memory. SDRAM controller is described in detail including auto pre-charge function, refresh control circuit and address generation module.
