Abstract For the QPSK-modulated OFDM system, the channel estimation accuracy can be improved using of the soft information which is based on the iterative decoder principle of Turbo. Meanwhile, in order to avoid serious error propagation due to the error decision of the decoder, the weighted iterative estimation algorithm is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm improves the system performance dramatically compared with the conventional scheme.
