Abstract:In this paper, a new robust and efficient routing strategy for vehicular Ad hoc networks is proposed through analyzing existing routing strategies in city scenarios. A fixed node is set up on the junction, a twice-choice method for choosing routing directions and some repair strategies for city scenarios are presented. Simulation results show that the routing performance is improved by using the new algorithm.
