Abstract：This paper presents a new combined algorithm based on FFT for frame synchronization and frequency offset estimation. The algorithm can achieve frame synchronization effectively in the presence of a frequency offset and the frequency offset estimation range is －Rs/2~Rs/2. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can outperform existing methods when a frequency offset exists.
