The problem of ISAR image jamming is the main stream in radar countermeasures study. This paper proposes a new jamming technique for ISAR imaging based on Multiple Phase Sectionalized Modulation (MPSM) jamming method. Its basic principle and processing in intra-pulse and inter-pulse is analyzed in details. Then the final expression of MPSM jamming signal after ISAR imaging processing is derived, and the precise control method of jamming pattern by parameters design in double dimensions is provided. Simulation is conducted to prove the related jamming effects, and it is flexible and controllable to generate different jamming patterns and overspread effects by applying this new method.
