Abstract:In consideration of the measurement data association problem of multiple passive sensors, a novel data association algorithm based on the cotangent of angles is proposed, which improves the computing efficiency by dealing with the angle information directly, thus the conversion from angles to the distances of dissenting beelines is avoidable. Firstly, all possible associations are screened by azimuth angle test and elevation angle test, then the indicated function analysis is used to select the correct association from the set of candidates. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is much faster than the conventional ones without the decrease of performance.
