Abstract：Using matrix and vector the OADM nodes of WDM optical network have been researched and analyzed roundly and completely. A kind of analyzing model of OADM is proposed and the signal performance is analyzed with the novel OADM model when it is transited in the OADM ring network. The SNR of the signal is gotten. The model is very valuable to the analysis and design of the OADMs.
