Abstract：In this paper, the problem of stability for the cellular neural networks(CNN’s) with delay is studied. Two types of sufficient conditions for global asymptotic stability of cellular neural networks with delay are obtained by means of Lyapunov functional approach and the method of Razumikhin function. One type involves delay dependent results while the other type of results does not involve delays. The conditions obtained improve the existed results and may offer some referrence to the design of CNN’s with delay.
